When designing the Funeral Home, the major focus was on providing individuals a comfortable roomy atmosphere that maintained the formality and tradition that many desire. In a collaborate effort with Peter Lesdow an outstanding architect from Niagara Falls, the basic ideas and layout were refined to working blueprints. It was imperative that the facilities retain the warmth that had been provided there for many years. This has been accomplished while still offering the amenities that families require during the difficult time of the loss of a loved one. An oversized fireplace room greets visitors upon entering the spacious foyer.
Adjacent to this are two large visitation rooms that are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Unique to Benner Funeral Services is the formal chapel; complete with fixed pew seating for 100 people and a beautiful organ to accompany the service. Overflow space is available to many more. A clergy room is provided for privacy. Great strides have been taken to ensure ease of access to all areas of the Funeral Home. On site parking for over 50 cars is provided to ensure all families have safe and easy access to the facility. The Funeral Home will gladly handle arrangements for such things as after service gatherings, family breakfasts and lunches, overnight accommodation and transportation.
