Athoe : Robert Paul “Bob”

Passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday May 3rd, 2008 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Shirley. Loving father of Scott Athoe and William (Brunetta) Athoe. Step-father of Kenneth (Barb) McClary, David McClary and Michael McClary. Proud grandfather of Tyler Athoe, Jocelyn Athoe, Vanessa Athoe, Larissa Athoe, Julien Athoe, and Kenneth McClary. Loving great grandfather of Aiden and Taylor. Sadly missed by brothers Barry (Nora) and James (Carol). Predeceased by his daughter Robin Athoe and step daughter Deborah McClary.

Bob will be remembered by many for his love of the game of golf and his abilities as an automobile mechanic.

Benner Funeral Services entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 7-9 and Monday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Services will be held in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11:00. If so desired, contributions in Bob’s memory to the Head Injury Association of Fort Erie would be appreciated by the family.
