Jeanne Mary McCracken (Collins) – Passed away at Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday, April 18, 2008, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Bruce McCracken. mother of Patrick Bruce McCracken of Fort Erie, Justin Thomas McCracken of Fort Erie and Denise Marie (Brian) Calvert of Barrie. Sister of Donald Collins of Forest, Ont., John Collins of Fort Erie, Mary Alice Sawyer of Ottawa and the late Marjorie Fryer . She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Ryan, Carol Ann, Thomas, Nathan, Jason, Holly, Noah and Jacob, Christina, Leigh-Anne, Joseph and her great grandchildren Alina, Kaitlyn, Georgia, Olivia, Chantale, Alysah, Jack and Jocelyn.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Welland General Hospital and Douglas Memorial Hospital in Fort Erie and Home Care staff for their tremendous care.

Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie on Monday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday morning at 11:00. Interment to follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be much appreciated.
